Yan brings valuable experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) to the table, emphasising the critical role these aspects play in fostering harmonious workplace relationships.

He plays a crucial role in championing HR excellence and guiding businesses towards growth and compliance, all while upholding a human approach to chartered accounting and HR consulting, as well as recognising the social aspects of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) within organisations.
