Having worked in financial advisory at Mazars since 2005 and across three continents, I have gained a unique multi-disciplinary experience that allows me to deliver effective and comprehensive transaction and advisory solutions to my clients.
For more than 15 years, I have been assisting clients on numerous acquisition or divestment projects in a broad range of sectors for either local or cross border deals. With a focus on both buy-side and vendor due diligence projects, I have also been involved in complex carve out projects, earn-out reviews and purchase price allocation engagements.
During my work at Mazars, I have also led post-acquisition audits for international groups and have assisted foreign investors in forensic investigations. My culturally diverse background and broad experience working with, and leading multicultural teams allows me to find the right skills and fit to serve my clients.
