Robert James Partner

I am a chartered accountant with over 18 years’ business services and corporate income tax experience, who is passionate about helping my clients achieve their business ambitions.

Prior to joining Mazars I spent over half of my career in a Big 4 environment and the remainder at a high profile mid-tier firm. I have a proven track record in providing tax advisory services to a number of ASX listed companies, foreign multinationals and privately held entities including a number of clients in the manufacturing and technology industries. Specifically, I have provided complex international tax structuring advice, ran tax due diligence projects for significant transactions and have assisted companies with successfully negotiating ATO reviews. 

I hold a Master of Tax, Bachelor of Business and I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
