Mazars named finalists in 2022 Australian Accounting Awards

Mazars is delighted to be named finalists in four group categories in the 2022 Australian Accounting Awards. We also congratulate Matthew Ashley and Nadia Afrin on being recognised in individual categories at this year’s Awards.

The Australian Accounting Awards showcase the depth of talent in the nation’s accounting professionals and businesses, recognising their success and their passion for the sector.

The finalist list, which was announced on Tuesday, 26 April, features over 290 high-achieving professionals across 34 submission-based categories.

Mazars was named finalists for the group categories:

  • Multi-service firm of the Year
  • SMSF firm of the Year
  • Wellness Program/Initiative of the Year
  • Firm of the Year

Managing Partner of our Sydney office, Matthew Ashley, was named a finalist in the Partner of the Year category and Accountant, Nadia Afin was recognised as a finalist in the Rising Star of the Year category.

Reaching the finalists stage is regarded as an incredible achievement across the Australian accounting industry, showcasing the depth of dedication and commitment each individual and business brings to advancing the industry.

Winner of the Australian Accounting Awards are announced on 16 June in Sydney.
