Our Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Involvement

Making a proactive contribution to our communities and wider society has always been fundamental to Mazars and the way we do business. We are a socially aware organisation, continually looking to create shared values for all our stakeholders. This is embedded within our core values, identity, and culture.

To us, a responsible firm creates shared value. Year after year, we are dedicated to contributing to society in the best possible way, whether through providing quality services to our clients to help them achieve sustainable growth, enabling our talented people to reach their highest potential, or contributing to the public debate with positive insights for the future.

Our Groupwide Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy is built around four key pillars:

WE CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY, CHARITIES AND LOCAL CSR INITIATIVES

Mazars inspires employees, clients, and businesses to deal more conscientiously with each other, with the environment and within the society we live in.

All over the world, our staff and teams are engaged in helping charitable causes and CSR initiatives. Over 9 out of 10 “Mazarians” contribute through donations or direct participation in charity events, support environmental causes or other community projects.

We take pride in the fact that 60% of our workforce are involved in pro-bono work. As professionals and experts, we believe providing knowledge, advice and technical expertise to local charities and associations is the best and most relevant way for us to give back to our communities.

Mazars in Australia is proud to provide ongoing support to the following charities through pro-bono work and fundraising initiatives:
